 Maximum Metabolism Bootcamp is a new outdoor exercise session that is aimed at men and women who are looking to improve their body composition – namely improve muscle tone and lose fat.

Why Is Maximum Metabolim Bootcamp Good For Me?

The most effective resistance exercises are used, in a circuit format to maximise your fat burning potential and improve your fitness levels.

Also, unlike many other circuit training classes, you will see improved muscle tone as you use more of your muscles.

Is Maximum Metabolism Bootcamp Hard?

Maximum Metabolism Bootcamp is very hard in places - simply because high intensity is needed to burn the most body fat!  Saying that, every exercise is scaleable to each individual, so it can be made easier in the first few weeks as you begin your fat loss journey.  Be warned…..after you have mastered the basics, you will be expected to try and increase the difficulty as time passes.    If you’re not willing to step it up when you need to – this probably is not the class for you!

 Where is Maximum Metabolism Bootcamp?

Fat Loss Bootcamps are at Hessle Rugby Club on Livingstone road, near the Hessle Foreshore. 

Monday 5.30pm and 6.30pm

Tuesday 9.30am

Wednesday 5.30pm and 6.30pm

Saturday 8am  +  9am
