		<description>Hi Kell, I just quickly checked the Promax breakdown - not much in it.  SCI-MX has ever so slightly more fat and carbs are about the same.  What I dont like about maximuscle is the price!  £33.99 for 908g!

Cheers for the comment.  Not my style to be swearing at my clients, but as you say there were no &#039;offensive&#039; put downs. He got her to do the net crawl in the end and she was happy after - so maybe you could argue it worked.  I&#039;d really like to hear how both clients are doing now (Im assuming a couple of months has past since filming.........anyone else know?!)

RE: Promax, I don&#039;t know the Nutritional intake off the top of my head - I will try and check it out tomorrow when I get a spare hour.  I use SCI-MX Pure protein as it only has 4g Carbs and my view is that If I don&#039;t need a shake with carbs in - carbs are everywhere.......you need need to look far ;)

Yes he was full on, but if I was paying £100 an hour I would expect to be really really pushed, the last thing I want is a soft PT who let&#039;s me get away with it!
