Personal Training Sessions
Take advantage of John Cammish Personal Training sessions and maximise your full potential. Contact me by phone, email or the Contact page. The more advanced you are, the less sessions you will need. Take a look at my testimonials to see what my clients think – you may only need 2 or 3 sessions to really boost your progress.
There are also Semi-Private Personal Training sessions available (where you train with a friend), and also 30-minute blaster sessions. These enable you to train to get results, whilst keeping costs down.
