John Cammish serves the people in Hull and its surrounding areas within East Yorkshire (Hessle, Anlaby, Kirkella, Willerby, Swanland, Cottingham). He is based the Village Hotel Gym in Hessle, and also trains clients outdoors too.

Personal Training Sessions
Take advantage of John Cammish Personal Training sessions and maximise your full potential. You can contact by phone, email or the Contact page. The more advanced you are, the less sessions you may need. Take a look at the testimonials page to see what both past and current clients think – you may only need 2 or 3 sessions to really boost your progress.
There are also Semi-Private Personal Training sessions available (where you train with a friend), and also 30-minute blaster sessions. These enable you to train to get results, whilst keeping costs down.
Bootcamps
The bootcamps are resistance-based exercise sessions that will increase muscle mass / lean muscle tissue, burn fat, and improve your health. The classes are superior to your average aerobics-style gym classes and are more like semi-private personal training so they are fantastic value for money.
